Placing your Order:

Place your selected items into your cart. When finished shopping, you may checkout by using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or e-check. Payment information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology, so your information is safe with us!

FYI: All credit cards are processed through our merchant account. Your statement will show a charge from KLEAN Bath & Body. You may also use PayPal or send us a check. Your items will be shipped after your check has cleared our bank.

Shipping:

Klean Bath & Body offers shipping via USPS or UPS. We will fill your order and package for shipment within 7-14 business days. If you are in a hurry to get your scrumptious products, choose an expidited form of shipping. Let us know in the customer comments section and we will do our best to rush your order.

Free ground shipping on retail orders of $75 or more. (Does not include wholesale clients).

Sales Tax:

Klean Bath & Body is required to collect 8.25% Sales Tax on all orders purchased within California.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order up to time of shipping.

Returns:

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at (866) 412-7343 or email info@kleanbathandbody.com. Please explain the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us.

Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials.

For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. Klean Bath & Body is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Backorders:

If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email.

Shelf Life:

Because our products are made using varied natural ingredients we recommend using our products within 6 months for freshest "consumption." You can help extend the life of your products by storing them in their closed container in a cool, dry, dark environment. Avoid getting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.

Animal Testing:

We respect all living creatures and therefore never test any of our products on animals. All of our products ARE tested, however, on live human beings. So far, with great success (and requests for more)!

Please note that all our products are handmade to order for you. We strive for consistency, but because each order is made by hand, this cannot always be achieved. We hope you will be satisfied with the products you receive. We will be happy to gift-wrap any item you purchase for a nominal fee of $5.50 per order.

Gift Certificates:

Klean Bath & Body offers gift certificates which may be applied to any purchase through our website. Certificates, from $10 on up, are delivered immediately via email. You may only purchase a Gift Certificate via check, moneyorder or charge through PayPal. (It's a great solution to a late, or almost late, gift!)

They are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
